Camille Hepola, MBA, MPA

Senior Advisor

Camille Hepola brings a diverse experience in solving complex problems for the public and private sectors. Specializing in city and county governments, Camille has worked in various executive leadership roles for district attorney offices, city administration, county administration, and school districts. 

 

Camille is passionate about serving and helping communities thrive through public engagement and awareness of government services. She began her career as a TV journalist and was an evening News Anchor at KARE-11 in Minneapolis. Her purpose, and gift of communication, has led her to advising leaders and elected officials at the federal, state, and local levels on various policies and legislative priorities, including law enforcement initiatives, community economic development projects, and other city management projects. 

 

Camille is certified in Economic Development, Marketing Management, Crisis Communications and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace. She holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in finance and strategic management from Hamline University, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Communications from the University of Central Florida.
